What position are you applying for?

- Handle administrative work and subsequent problems and issues independently
- File and retrieve corporate letters, documents, records, and reports
- Preparing (type and print) official correspondence and documents
- Answering and dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls (Handle phone calls, take messages, or direct them to appropriate individuals)
- Making travel and accommodation arrangements for Company staff
- Handling confidential information in line with the firms data security protocols
- Arranging meetings and any office works (scheduling and event calendars)
- Archiving the documents, familiar with Automation Systems and expert in office skills
- Follow up her manager orders’ and assigned tasks at different stages

- Developing, managing, and designing layouts of communications such as presentations, newsletters, event support materials, research papers, and brochures
- Planning, development, and execution of national digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, web site strategy and design, social media (Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn), mobile, and deliverables
- Interfacing with marketing communications functions, as well as PR, events, retail, and business product marketing teams
- Leading ongoing management of digital touch points, including (home page and top-level sections), social networking landing pages, and mobile
- Managing digital agency relationships, day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules
- Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting in depth knowledge of SEO and Ad Words programs
- Presenting recommendations to Director of Marketing and Communications
- Developing and coordinating multimedia packages

- Participating in sales process of medical equipment such as IGT, DXR
- Establish and maintain relationship with current and potential customers
- Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analyses
- Recommending changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
- Providing historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales
- Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
- Meeting established sales goals
- Having active cooperation with marketing department
